Step by Step Method

Step 1

Beat together the sugar, shortening and eggs. Add squash and beat.

Step 2

Combine flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt and cinnamon. Add these dry ingredients to the squash batter along with the milk. Stir in nuts.

Step 3

Pour batter into greased bundt pan and bake 30 to 35 minutes.
