"This one originally came from Diabetic Lifestyle, but of course I've tweaked it and make a couple of substitutions from the original because I can't ever leave anything alone. This would make a nice side dish any time, but it's dressed-up enough that I felt perfectly comfortable serving it at Christmas dinner."
