Great flavour! I cut back on the sugar and made only 2 chops but made the whole sauce. Served with Tofu noodles pouring the sauce over them. Will be making this recipe again.

I made these for DH and he really enjoyed the sweetness of the onion's on top of the pork. I cooked as written and the chops were moist and tender. DH loved the onions in preference to the usual apple served with the pork. He gave a big thumbs up. This recipe is so easy to make and really takes no time at all. Thanks KUW.
