Broiled Cinnamon Honey Grapefruit

" This easy recipe turns the grapefruit into something a bit special. It is nice to make them as a breakfast starter for company. Myself I love just plain no nonsense grapefruit but I do find these tasty. The recipe is from "Our Canada" magazine. "

Great way to start the morning! These are great and it's so nice to try something I haven't had before. I plan to make on a regular basis because me and my husband love them.

I had a terrible time getting a good photo of this - maybe the glare from the honey glaze??? Anyway, I didn't have a hard time eating it! Delicious. I sectioned the grapefruit before adding the honey and cinnamon so the warm juices surrounded each bite of grapefruit. Wonderful way to turn fresh fruit into dessert.
