"Not sure where I found this recipe, but it sounds pretty easy and good."

Step by Step Method

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 450F.

Step 2

Line the unbaked pie shell with a double thickness of foil. Bake for 8 minutes. Remove foil.

Step 3

Bake until golden (4-6 minutes more). Set aside.

Step 4

Reduce oven temperature to 375F.

Step 5

Cook the sausage and mushrooms in a large skillet until the sausage is brown (about 5 minutes).

Step 6

Stir the eggs, condensed soup, onion and pepper together in a medium bowl.

Step 7

Stir in the sausage mixture, broccoli, and 3/4 of the cheese.

Step 8

Pour the mixture into the pie shell. Bake until a knife inserted near the center comes out clean (40-45 minutes).

Step 9

Sprinkle the remaining cheese over.

Step 10

Let stand for 10 minutes. Serve.
