"This started out to be a low carb recipe, but I soon grew to love and crave it and make it often. You don't have to be low carbing to love this salad. Of course, you can use real sugar instead of splenda. UPDATE: I made this recently and had green onions and red grapes that needed to used, so I added them and it was wonderful!"

Step by Step Method
Step 1
Dice up broccoli and cauliflower to bite size pieces. Small dice the onion. Place all in a large bowl. Set aside. If you are using fresh bacon, fry it crisp and let it cool before you dice it up.
Step 2
In a separate bowl, mix up mayo, sugar or splenda, lemon juice, and vinegar.
Step 3
Add mayo mixture and bacon to veggie bowl. Stir to coat. Add salt and pepper to taste.
Step 4
Chill for an hour and serve!
