Broccoli and Chicken
"This is sort of saucey so it's best served over rice or noodles, I've also made this with chicken pieces I brown them first then put them in the pan with the broccoli florets then pour the rest on top, bake 45 minuted @ 350F"

Step by Step Method
Step 1
Cook broccoli in boiling water for about 3 minutes; drain very well
Step 2
In greased 7x11 baking dish, spread broccoli across bottom then sprinkle chicken evenly on top.
Step 3
In mixing bowl, combine cream soups, salt, pepper, mayonnaise, curry powder, and chicken broth, whisking until smooth. Pour over chicken. Sprinkle paprika on top.
Step 4
Bake uncovered at 375 degrees for 20-30 minutes or until hot and bubbly. Spread cheese on top and bake 5-10 minutes longer, until melted and slightly browned.
Step 5
Serve the chicken and broccoli mixture over cooked rice or noodles.
