Wonderful appetizer served with bite size Breton Crackers. I cut the recipe back to serve 3 persons (125 g)size brie. This recipe is great for several reasons - the taste and the fact it is do ahead with no fuss in the last minute. Will be made again for sure. 26 August 2018. This time I decided to warm the torte so 400F oven for 10 minutes MMMMmmmm
