Step by Step Method
Step 1
Beat both cheeses w/brandy in a small bowl until well-combined. Fold in snipped chives & stir well. Slice dates into very fine strips.
Step 2
Just b4 serving, spread or pipe cheese mixture onto crackers & top w/date strips & parsley (if using).
