" I have discovered a wonderful spice mixture - Bragg Sprinkle. It has a mixture of 24 herbs and spices. I used it on red snapper but it will be good on any firm white fish. It will also be great on vegetables"

Step by Step Method
Step 1
Rinse your filets and dry with paper towel
Step 2
Place filets in an oven proof dish, single layer, spread a layer of mayonaisse on the fish, sprinkle with the spice mixture
Step 3
Bake in 375f oven for about 20 minutes or until the fish flakes easily
Step 4
Sprinkle with lemon and add some Tartar sauce in you wish
