"This is a perfect sauce for chicken, pork, or steak. Just mix and brush on the meat as it grills. Obviously an outdoor grill is the best for this method; but an inside grill pan will work fine. I usually buy a can of pineapple rings (without sugar), that way I get the juice as well as the rings I can grill up to serve with dinner. I happened to have pineapple chunks on hand, which I was using for another dish, so I just saved the juice. You can always buy a can of pineapple juice if you prefer that."

Step by Step Method

Step 1

Mix everything together. Brush on as it grills. This is a very thin sauce and it is just basting the flavor on. And don't forget, if you bought a can of pineapple; grill up those rings to go with dinner. ENJOY!
