Bread pudding is one of my favorite desserts and after picking lots of blueberries to make some desserts for my family, I decided to make this using some of my berries. Wow was it delicious! Sweet but not too sweet and extra special with some fresh whipped cream.

Lovely flavour served warm from the oven, but we didn't enjoy it cold, if i make it again i would only serve it hot from the oven or warm. As it cooled it lost it's lovely crispness and flavour. First time i've made a bread pudding that didn't have milk and egg, I would certainly make it again, we did enjoy the first warm serving!! I used seeded/many grains bread which added a kind of nutty flavour.

I have made a few bread puddings in my day but I have to say the blueberry is the best so far. What a great dessert! I topped it with a big dab of Cool Whip and it really hit the spot!
