"No shortage of blue cheese or bacon for this recipe. You'll be using your fingers to dig into the bowl when the chips run out. The servings for normal people would be 8, a few guys reduced to 2 or 3 :)"

Step by Step Method
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F, then grease a small baking dish (2 cup).
Step 2
Place bacon in a cold skillet, then turn the heat to medium. Cook, stirring occasionally, for about 10 minutes until bacon chunks are crisp. Add garlic when there are about 2 minutes left on the bacon. Drain on paper towels.
Step 3
Place the bacon and garlic in a food processor then process until coarsely chopped.
Step 4
Beat the cream cheese and heavy cream with an electric hand mixer until smooth, then add bacon, garlic, cheese, and chives. Add in cayenne to your taste. Pour into baking dish.
Step 5
Bake for 30 minutes. Serve with chips.
