Step by Step Method
Step 1
Flatten each slice of bread with a rolling pin until it is less than 1/4 inch
Step 2
Mix together the blue cheese, worchestershire sauce, beatedn egg, creamcheese and garlic powder
Step 3
Spread on the 12 slices of flattened bread, go right to the edges.
Step 4
Put an asparagus spear on the edge of each slice and roll tightly like a jelly roll
Step 5
Paint the outside of each with butter
Step 6
Cut each into 3 pieces so you end up with 36
Step 7
Place each seam side down on a cookie sheet
Step 8
Bake in 375f oven for 5 minutes, turn them over and bake another 5 minutes or until the are golden. Serve warm
