Step by Step Method

Step 1

Pre-heat oven to 350F. Grease and flour a 9x9-inch baking pan. (an 8x8-pan can be used but baking time may need to be increased.

Step 2

In a large pan melt margarine with water.

Step 3

Add sugar and beat well. Let mixture cool.

Step 4

Add egg and vanilla; beat.

Step 5

Mix dry ingredients together and add to sugar mixture.

Step 6

Stir in zucchini and nuts.

Step 7

Pour into pan and sprinkle with morsels.

Step 8

Bake 20-25 minutes.

Step 9

Cool in pan and cut into bars.
