"This is one of my favorite salad dressings. I don't make it too often; but, when blackberries are in season - it is a must. Best served with mixed soft greens (red leaf, bibb, watercress, baby arugula), cucumber and onion. But, my favorite is my chicken salad; tossed with diced celery, cucumber, red onion, walnuts - and finished with goat cheese and fresh blackberries. Recipezazz Recipe # . It is an absolutely delicious salad."

Step by Step Method
Step 1
Vinaigrette ... Simply add all the ingredients, except the olive oil, to a small food processor, and pulse until you have a smooth consistency. Slowly add the oil, with processor on low speed, until the dressing is creamy. Season with salt and pepper if necessary. Done.
Step 2
I love to store in a mason jar; but, a bowl, ziploc, or tupperware container work just as well. Can store up to 5 days. I usually make, just what I plan to use.
Step 3
Serve and ENJOY ... As mentioned; serve over soft greens, onions, cucumber, fresh blackberries - and, maybe walnuts and goat cheese. Try my "Chicken Salad with a Blackberry Vinaigrette," Recipezazz Recipe # . As mentioned, I have made this with red raspberries as well; equally as good - but, I prefer the black when in season.
