DH and I enjoyed this today for breakfast. I made half the recipe and still have some left over. Couldn't find my almonds, so only used walnuts. Yum!

We really enjoyed this version of muesli. It was a great combination of flavors and textures. I really liked the use of two kinds of nuts. It was also nice to have the muesli ready to eat in an hour! I halved the recipe and it was still enough for my daughter and I to share. Made for Culinary Quest 2015 - Switzerland.
