I used top sirloin steaks in this wonderful marinade! Everyone commented on how flavourful the steaks were. I used chopped onions for the flakes and did not use any onion salt, as the oyster sauce was enough for us. Will be made again when we have steaks. Thank you for sharing Bea!

I did not have flaked onion so I used whole slices and I had just a little less then the 1/4 cup oyster sauce. This turned out fantastic! I used it for a tough shoulder steak cooked slow on the grill. Thanks for the recipe.

I made this up to use with steaks that I cooked on the grill. Having such a long marinading time made the steaks really tender and the ingredients got a chance to mingle with the steak which resulted in great flavored steaks. They melted in our mouths!
