Delicious...next time I'm going to cook them a bit less...they fell off the bone way to soon...I used Stubb's spicy bbq sauce...added a nice touch of heat....
- 1 1/2 tablespoons garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon paprika
- 2 teaspoons chili powder
- 2 teaspoons pepper
- 2 teaspoons cumin
- 2 teaspoons onion powder
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon ground coriander
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup barbecue sauce (prepared)
- 4 to 4 1/2 pounds pork ribs (2 racks, membranes removed)
What You Will Need
No special items needed.
Preheat oven to 300 degrees Fahrenheit.
Mix together the first 10 ingredients and rub all over the ribs.
Wrap each rack individually in foil, crimping seams to seal tightly.
Place on a baking sheet and bake until fork tender, about 3 hours.
Increase heat to 425 degrees Fahrenheit and remove ribs from oven.
Open foil packet and carefully slice the ribs in between the bones about 1/2 way through.
Brush both sides of the ribs with the BBQ sauce and place on two foil paper lined baking sheets.
Bake for 15 minutes and serve.
