Basic Chicken Salad
"O.K. Here's a recipe that uses boneless skinless Fried Chicken leftovers. I used the following recipe,Baked Kentucky Fried Chicken Recipe#7595 by dana_flynn. Now any boneless skinless Fried Chicken leftovers will work. But if you want the end results to taste exactly like I achieved,please use the recipe I have mentioned. And as you know,adjust the seasonings of my recipe to your own personal tastes.This recipe will make at least 2 cups of Chicken Salad. But since I had to put in a serving size I went with 4. Chill time is " Cook Time ",and boiling the eggs aren't included in cook time. And since this is just a " Basic Chicken Salad " add sweet pickles,celery, or whatever you want to yours. Step by Step Method
Step 1
In a medium size bowl combine the first three ingredients.
Step 2
Add enough mayonnaise to hold all ingredients together.
Step 3
Mix in seasonings,then taste,adjust seasonings if needed.
Step 4
Chill for at least 3 hours,and taste again.
Step 5
If needed add additional seasonings and mayonnaise to moisten.
