"This is not only quick and easy but great tasting as well. Had I not tasted this delicious grilled chicken I likely would never have chosen to make a barbecue sauce that had horseradish as one of the ingredients. Enjoyed at a friends house, I just had to have the recipe. Love when good friends share! A year around favourite at our house, awesome on the barbecue as well the indoor grill or pan. Love that come mid winter, it gives me that wonderful taste of summer I miss during our long cold winters."

We really enjoyed this nice BBQ Sauce. It's so easy to whip up quickly as well. The addition of prepared horseradish really deepens the flavour profile. Don't be hesitant to use it, as this ingredient is what really sets this unique recipe apart. I went fully in + with a generous (heaping) Tbsp. of extra-hot prepared horseradish, and the result for us was fabulous with a nice gentle heat we enjoy which balanced the other ingredients. Using regular prepared horseradish won't likely bring any heat - our jar was just extra-hot as it's what's in our fridge. Because I'm in experimental mode, I tried the air frying method. I paper towel patted and pressed the spread out thawed b/s chicken thighs and lightly misted each side with canola oil. Laid the plain thighs (no BBQ sauce yet) in the grill basket of the Ninja Foodi 5-in-1 grill. Our poultry laid out was not that thick. Pre-heated 360F and grilled for approximately 7 minutes, then flipped them over and grilled same way for another approximately 7 minutes. You can check chicken thigh internal temp at this point (a little higher at 170F-175F is sometimes recommended for thighs). I then generously slathered this tasty BBQ sauce on one side, air fried same temp another couple of minutes, then flipped and slathered the other side and air fried another 2 minutes until total caramelization and crispy outside was perfect for us. These were tender and oh, so tasty. Our family really loved this and will keep it in our recipe files to make again and again. Served with fluffy rice, creamed spinach and fresh buttered rolls. Thanks, Gerry for posting this keeper.

I made this on my grill, not in the oven, so while it was cooking I kept spooning sauce over the top from time to time. The chicken was excellent and so moist and the sauce was wonderful! This is an awesome chicken meal and we will have it often on and off the grill!

Great chicken! We used the same amount of sauce for probably twice the amount of chicken specified. The chicken was very good and everyone enjoyed the meal. Thanks for sharing!
