"Due to my SO's job,he goes out of town quite often and sometimes I just don't like to eat alot of leftovers. So, I decided to start looking for recipes for just 1 or 2 servings.Time for chilling is cooking time. And this one was found in the 2003 edition of Taste of Home's " The Best Of Country Cooking ". Step by Step Method
Step 1
Gently fold sliced banana and toffee bits into whipped cream until well blended.
Step 2
Spoon into parfait glasses or dessert dishes.
Step 3
Cover and refrigerate until serving. ( I recommend at least 2 hours ).
