"Due to my SO's job,he goes out of town quite often and sometimes I just don't like to eat alot of leftovers. So, I decided to start looking for recipes for just 1 or 2 servings.Time for chilling is cooking time. And this one was found in the 2003 edition of Taste of Home's " The Best Of Country Cooking ". It was sent in to them by Betty Fergurson of Edmonton, Alberta Canada. Submitted to " ZAZZ " on August 9th.,2012"

Step by Step Method

Step 1

Gently fold sliced banana and toffee bits into whipped cream until well blended.

Step 2

Spoon into parfait glasses or dessert dishes.

Step 3

Cover and refrigerate until serving. ( I recommend at least 2 hours ).

I'm not sure if I should rate this recipe, I made it with reduced-fat Cool Whip just to save on some fat amount, it was still very good probably better though with real whipped cream cause everything is :) anyway thanks for your the wonderful banana cream treat! shapeweaver!
