This was a nice change for our morning french toast...we buttered it after it was cooked...made for "Billboard" tag game...

WhatamIgonnaeatnext?

We enjoyed this different way of making french toast. The banana flavor was really good and could still be tasted through the coffee flavored syrup that we used. :-) I think this is the way it should be done all the time. Thanks for the recipe.

A nice change of pace from regular french toast. I whisked the eggs and mashed banana together before adding the milk so I made sure everything would combine well. Since I love cinnamon I added just a shake or two more when whisking. With the bread buttered my egg mixture didnt want to stick as much as I had wanted so I started over and left the bread unbuttered when cooking. The sweet banana flavor was great and went well with the warm syrup when serving. Tisme thank you for sharing! Made and reviewed for the Pick Me! recipe tag game.
