Step by Step Method
Step 1
Line muffin tray with 12 paper muffin cups.
Step 2
Beat egg in a large bowl. Stir in milk, oil and mashed banana.
Step 3
In a small bowl, stir together the flour with sugar and next 6 dry spices. Combine the wet with dry ingredients just until combined (don't over mix!). Gently fold in the chocolate chips & pecans. Spoon into muffin cups.
Step 4
Bake for about 20 minutes in a preheated 400F oven. Immediately remove from pan.
