Step by Step Method

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350 degree F. Set oven rack to second-lowest position. Grease and flour a loaf pan

Step 2

In a bowl beat butter with eggs, sugar and vanilla in a bowl. until creamy. Mix in banana and sour cream or yogurt until combined.

Step 3

In a bowl combine flour with cinnamon, baking soda and salt; add to creamed mixture; stir with a wooden spoon until just combined. Mix in nuts.

Step 4

Transfer to pan. Bake for about 1 hour or until bread tests done (baking time will depend on what size loaf pan you use).
