Super easy super good! One of my favourite combinations for salads. Been enjoying this lovely salad over and over, making as posted using lush and lovely tomatoes from the garden and freshly picked cucumbers. Love when easy tastes this good!

Easy, healthy and delicious. What more could you ask for. I love the sweetness of the balsamic vinegar with the tomatoes and cukes. This will be a regular side now for me. Simplicity sometimes wins! Thank you for sharing it with us Derf! Linda

Simple, Easy and delicious. Takes minutes to put together. I used well aged Balsamic and it is worth the money you spend on it. Really mellow flavour. Thanks Derf great little salad platter. 11 Aug 14- I thought of your memory as we enjoyed this recipe

It doesn't get much easier than this, and I agree with QueenBea, when fresh tomatoes are available, I'll be re-visiting this recipe frequently. For a single serving, I used one Roma tomato, one Kirby cuke, but kept the dressing amount the same...It'll still be good with the toms and cukes I still have. Simple, straight-forward, healthy, tasty!

This is a lovely fresh tasting salad I will be making quite often during tomato season. The tomatoes I had were quite small so I just layered the cukes and tomatoes. It made for a very pretty salad. Made for the Pick Me! recipe tag game.
