"How easy can it get - tender brussels sprouts roasted with butter, balsamic and honey. It is so easy and so good. The sprouts take on a whole different flavor once they have been roasted."

Step by Step Method

Step 1

Dressing ... In a medium size bowl, add the butter, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, honey, garlic, salt and pepper and mix well.

Step 2

Brussels Sprouts ... To prepare the sprouts, remove any dry outer leaves; the larger ones I cut in half, the smaller ones I leave whole. Add the sprouts to the dressing and toss well, making sure to coat them all. Line a baking sheet or pan with parchment paper or foil for easy clean up. Pour the sprouts, including any extra dressing on the baking sheet.

Step 3

Bake ... Preheat the oven to 400 degrees and bake on the middle shelf for 20-30 minutes, until golden brown. Half way through cooking, I stir them to make sure they are all coated in the dressing.

Step 4

Serve ... Just ENJOY!

Wonderful flavour and so easy to make. I let my sprouts sit in the dressing for a couple of hours, then baked for 30 minutes just right. Thanks KC for a keeper
