Baker's One Bowl Brownies
"This Baker's recipe goes back many years. They take about 10 minutes to put together and many may say they are the best brownies, having my own brownie recipe posted here on this site I have to say they come close to the best lol! For chocoholics these brownies are a fantastic taste sensation. When using glass baking dish, bake at 325 degrees --- NOTE; For cake-like brownies, stir in 1/2 cup milk with eggs and use 1 1/2 cups flour"
- 4 squares Baker's unsweetened chocolate
- 3/4 cup butter (1 1/2 sticks)
- 2 cups sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup chopped nuts, optional
What You Will Need
No special items needed.
Step 1
Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a 13 x 9-inch baking pan (can use an 11 x 7-inch).
Step 2
Microwave chocolate and butter in large microwave bowl at high 2 minutes or until butter is melted. Stir until chocolate is completely melted. Stir sugar into chocolate.
Step 3
Mix in eggs and vanilla until well blended. Stir in flour and nuts. Spread in pan.
Step 4
Bake 30-35 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out with fudgy crumbs. Cool in pan; cut into squares.
