"These are so quick and easy to put together. Take advantage of you grocers deli and buy just the amount you need; that way, nothing goes to waste. And purchase your favorite marinara as well. Remember, this is all about easy. These are perfect for lunch, game food, party appetizers, a light dinner; or just about anything. And feel free to use your favorite deli meats. I like this combination; but, use what you like."

Step by Step Method

Step 1

Wraps ... Warm up the wraps for just 10-20 seconds in the microwave. You want them warm enough to be pliable.

Step 2

Filling ... Lay the wrap flat and brush lightly with olive oil. Add 1 tablespoon of parmesan cheese to each tortilla, followed by 1/4 of each of the following: provolone, salami, ham, peppers, and finish with the mozzarella. Roll up like a burrito. Fold the bottom up, then the 2 sides, and roll.

Step 3

Bake ... Place the rolls, seam side down, on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and sprayed with a non-stick spray. Brush the rolls with olive oil and sprinkle the remaining 4 tablespoons of parmesan cheese on the top. Bake in a 400 degree preheated oven, middle shelf, for 12-15 minutes until golden brown.

Step 4

Serve ... Warm up the marinara in the microwave for just a minute. Cut the stromboli wraps in half on a diagonal and serve with the warm marinara. ENJOY!
