"I had scribbled the parmesan mixture on the back of an envelope, but with no directions. So I decided to spread it on some tilapia and bake it. Turned out pretty darn good!"

Step by Step Method

Step 1

Preheat oven to 400F. Cover a baking sheet with edges with foil; spray with cooking spray.

Step 2

Combine Parmesan, mayonnaise, onion, basil, oregano, salt and pepper in a small bowl.

Step 3

Rinse and pat dry fish fillets (squeeze between paper towels if frozen and thawed to remove most of the water).

Step 4

Place fish fillets on prepared baking sheet; spread with Parmesan mixture, then sprinkle with lemon juice.

Step 5

Bake at 400F for 10 minutes, or until fish flakes easily with a fork.

This was pretty good. In fact excellent once I added some lemon pepper. It may be flavorful enough to you without but I have deminished smell and that cuts my taste down it has to be really flavorful for me to tell.

Bergy

Felix I love mayo on fish and this recipe uses it in its best form. The combination of herbs with the onion and mayo was great. I used Hellmans Lite mayo. Baked the fish for 10 minutes then Broiled it for 5 minutes to get some colour on it. Lovely dinner thanks Felix
