Step by Step Method

Step 1

Saute onions in butter until transluscent.

Step 2

Add eggs to a large bowl and beat.

Step 3

Add all other ingredients including onions to the eggs. Stir well.

Step 4

Pour into a greased 9x13 pan and bake at 400° for 30 minutes or until eggs are set. Serve hot.

Lovely combination of onion, mushroom, cheddar and jalapeno - I cut the recipe back to 2 eggs and did it stovetop. Thanks chelnam for a lovely Sunday Brunch. Made again 29 Set 13 Enjoyed again

I made this a while back but somehow forgot to review it (bad me!) I made this for my mom's aterday afternoon card group omitting the jalapenos and using a small amount of green chilies instead, everyone enjoyed the eggs and nothing was left at all, thanks for sharing your,great recipe here. This is very easy and tastes like a dream. I didn't add mushrooms because I didn't have a can and it still was so good, lots of taste. I can just imagine how good it would be with the mushrooms! Thanks for the great recipe!
