- 1 1/2 cups quick oats
- 1/4 cup wheat germ
- 1/4 cup ground golden flaxseed
- 1/4 to 1/3 cup white or brown sugar, or to sweetneess desired
- 3/4 cup milk
- 1/4 cup butter or margarine, melted
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
What You Will Need
No special items needed.
Step 1
Combine all ingredients; mix well.
Step 2
Spread evenly in a greased 8x8 or 9x9 inch baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes or until edges are golden brown and top is crusty. Immediately spoon into bowls, add milk.
