"I remember the day that my husband, who used to do some diving, went to the coast and proceeded to dive for scallops. He brought them home and I fixed them. Delicious! One minute they were in the ocean and one and one-half hours later they were on the table. You can't get much fresher than that."

These take no time at all to prepare, and there's only a few ingredients so I was all in to try this one. It was delicious, and well enjoyed!

I left out the garlic but followed the recipe otherwise. These were great with Italian bread crumbs. The lemon really makes it!

We enjoyed our dinner very much. How I wish that we could get fresh Maine scallops but have to make do with whatever frozen one are available. I used panko crumbs and cut back on the butter (much as I hated to) They had a lovely crunch on the outside and velvet inside. Thanks for a lovely Sunday dinner
