So quick and easy to make and so darn delicious! I double the recipe ~ And I made it as written. I served this served as a side for dinner, I also used the rest today for a toasted sanger.... and it was soooo good. The roast asparagus takes on such a rich flavor, and that richness was the perfect partner with the Brie cheese that I used for the sanger. You won't go wrong with asparagus recipe and its wonderful flavors, this is perfect. UPDATE: I used the asparagus in a toasted sandwich with cheese and we loved them..... yet again.

Quick and easy which is great when your extra hungry! I cooked them in foil on the grill and it turned out to be a great idea! They were tender and full of garlic which is just what I was hoping for.

This was outstanding! I did add more oil because while I was using a pound of asparagus they were very thin spears so there were a lot of them. But for something so simple this certainly hit the spot. 10 minutes was the perfect length of time.

I roast my asparagus all the time with all kinds of spices but, Shadows, your garlic recipe tops them all. We loved it!3 Sept 2013 This is the third time that I have made this recipe. It is a winner. Very enjoyable. Love that garlic. Eight minutes roast time is just right - still a bit crunchy!
