Step by Step Method
Step 1
Remove loose uter leaves from the garlic bulb.
Step 2
Cut off the top of the bulb so that each clove is open at the top.
Step 3
Drizzle olive oil over the bulb and dot with butter.
Step 4
Sprinkle with typme leaves.
Step 5
Salt and pepper to taste.
Step 6
Set bulb in center of Garlic Baker dish and cover with domed lid.
Step 7
Place in COLD oven.
Step 8
Bake at 300 degrees for 30 minutes.
Step 9
Remove cover and bake an additional 45 minutes or until garlic is tender and husks are goldn brown, ocassionally basting with olive oil..
