Absolutely a delicious recipe. I cut it way back for just two servings. I used Tex-Mex shredded cheese. The triscuit crackers are just right. I like how easy it is to throw together. I'll be making this again for our Sunday appetizer. Made again Great appetizer. 15 July 18 Easy economical and has lovely results. They look quite different this time from the last time I made them. I mixed the olives in with everything like I was supposed to.

I was searching for a snack for us and I had all the ingredients for this, so my son made it and we munched out on them while watching television. I subbed green olives for the black, and they were great!
