Baked Cheddar-Ham Omelet

"A breakfast dish that can be ready in about 35 minutes. It has only 6 ingredients and for the most part it is a little cutting of veggies and stirring it all together. Dump it all in a baking dish and you are done until time to pull out of the oven! From Taste of Home cookbook"

I cooked it stovetop in a skillet with a lid on - only takes 5 minutes. Lovely combination - Ham, Cheddar, onions & green pepper. Lovely Sunday Brunch
