Smells Like Salad

These went well with outdoor grilled ribs! I used small red potatoes included in our CSA box this week, olive oil and omitted the salt since Montreal steak seasoning already contains sodium. Cottage bacon from a local source replaced standard bacon. This potato mixture was enjoyed by all! Prepared for the WtoM game.

I scaled back for 1 serve but only used 7 ounces of potatoes and cut them into large bite size pieces and baked in the oven at 175C fan forced for 60 minutes and the end result was very flavoursome potatoes which were so easy to prepare, thank you QueenBea made for Billboard Recipe Tag Game.

Yummy! I made as written except I used Jane's Crazy Mixed Up Salt instead of the Montreal seasoning! Since we have been camping these last two weeks it made a flavorable tasty side over the campfire. Left one of the packets too close to fire and it was a little charred but if you keep an eye on it turning it frequently, it will be fine. My other packets came out perfectly. Made for Billboard tag. :-)

I prepared this dish using baby red potatoes. The bacon added a wonderful smokey flavor. Delicious!
