"My DH's Aunt Marion always made bourbon balls during the holidays out of the best Kentucky bourbon. Since these little gems aren't cooked they feature the full strength of the bourbon. Don't eat and drive! We would receive them and then freeze them to make them last longer. Yum!"

Step by Step Method

Step 1

Mix the first six ingredients together until well blended.

Step 2

Form dough into 1/2" balls and roll in granulated sugar so they don't stick together.

Step 3

Place balls in a metal tin to ferment for 24 hours.

Step 4

Freeze balls for a cold treat. (optional)
