"If you're looking for a processed cheese type recipe pass this one up. Aunt Jean was famous for her baked mac and cheese and for good reason. I bake this in a 2 1/3 cup Corning Ware bowl and it makes enough for the two of us, with leftovers. You can make this creamier by adding more milk and a little american cheese."

Very good mac n' cheese which we enjoyed -- but doubled most everything (except for the egg) to feel four of us with a bit left over for lunch. Thanks for sharing!

Quick easy and delicious I made as a two serve dish with using the Mac 'N' Cheese as a main serving with a green garden salad and a slice of garlic bread but only managed to get through two thirds of the mac 'n' cheese. Also though I made as per recipe with the exception of the pasta because for 1/2 cup I used up two different pastas I had left over otherwise made as per recipe and very much enjoyed. Thank you Deely, made for Alphabet Soup tag game.

A good mac n cheese but I was confused as to how to measure 3/8 of a cup. I did a little less than 1/2 of a cup and it seemed to work, but I found it odd with this measurement. I don't know if it was a typo or not. This was a nice flavored mac n cheese and I will probably make it again. My grandson ate his with no complaints, so that is always a plus. We had hot dogs to go with it on the side.
