Step by Step Method
Step 1
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
Step 2
Grease a large baking sheet.
Step 3
Flatten bread with a rolling pin.
Step 4
In a bowl combine the cream cheese with blue cheese, garlic and green onions.
Step 5
Spread about 1 tablespoon of the cream cheese mixture on each slice of bread.
Step 6
Top with asparagus spear then roll up tightly.
Step 7
Place seam side down on a greased baking sheet.
Step 8
Brush with butter and sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
Step 9
Cut the rolls in half.
Step 10
Bake in a preheated 400 degrees F oven for 10-12 minutes or until lightly browned.
