Step by Step Method
Step 1
Add the cream cheese and goat cheese in the bowl of a small food processor and process until smooth. Stir in the chives. Season with salt & pepper.
Step 2
Spread the cheese mixture over half of the bread slices. Press the asparagus into the cheese and sandwich with the remaining bread.
Step 3
Cut each sandwich into triangles.
Step 4
Serve immediately or cover and chill until your ready to serve them.
