Step by Step Method

Step 1

In a small bowl, combine the first 11 ingredients Remove and reserve about 1/3 cup of marinade, cover and refrigerate). Place the remaining marinade into a large resealable plastic bag. Add the pork; seal bag and turn to coat.

Step 2

Refrigerate for 8 hours or overnight (turning the bag several times during refrigeration time).

Step 3

When ready to cook, remove the pork, drain and discard marinade. Place pork on a rack in a shallow roasting pan.

Step 4

Bake in a preheated 400 degree F oven for 25 minutes or until a meat thermometer reads 155 degrees F (the temperature will keep rising for a short time after you remove the pork from the oven) basting occasionally with reserved marinade. Let stand for 5 minutes before slicing.

Delicious! This marinade would also be good on chicken. Just the right amount of heat and sweet. I only used one tenderloin, but made the full amount of marinade. I reserved half of it and boiled it down to make a sauce for our rice. Worked great.
