"Posted to another site in September 2003. ORIGINAL DESCRIPTION:While I was standing in line at the store, I found the Pillsbury Hamburger Cookbook. I know this isn't real Asian cooking, but I thought it was pretty good. The frozen meatballs really made it quick.Submitted to "ZAZZ" on June 4th.2014. " Keep Smiling :)"

Step by Step Method

Step 1

Melt margarine in a 12-inch skillet over medium heat.

Step 2

Stir in rice and vermicelli from box.

Step 3

Cook and stir 2 to 3 minutes or until lightly browned.

Step 4

Add water and marinade and rice seasoning packet.

Step 5

Bring to a boil then reduce to a medium-low heat.

Step 6

Add meatballs,carrots,and snow peas.

Step 7

Cover and cook 15 to 18 minutes or until rice is tender, stirring every few minutes.
