Step by Step Method

Step 1

In a small saucepan, cook the apricots in water until soft; drain.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

I enjoyed this warm out of the oven. I halved the recipe and it made two mini loaves. The apricots have a tartness comparable to that of cranberries. The orange juice and zest were tasty additions.
