Step by Step Method
Step 1
Heat oil in large oven-proof skillet over medium-high heat. Sprinkle chicken with Italian seasoning, salt & pepper. Add chicken to skillet and brown on both sides. Place in oven and cook until chicken is cooked through, about 30-40 minutes.
Step 2
Stir together all remaining 3 ingredients in small bowl until well blended. Remove the skillet from the oven gradually add to chicken in skillet. Return to oven until bubbly and sauce is thickened, around 5 minutes.
Step 3
Serve with rice..
