Step by Step Method

Preheat the oven to 350F

Add all the dry ingredients and mix

Add all the wet ingredients and mix

Melt the Coconut Oil and mix

Spray the bunt pan with cooking spray and add the mixture

Bake for about 40 minutes or until the toothpick come out clean.

Turn over and let cool on a plate or cake carrier

Add powder sugar to strainer and lightly tap over the cake until a generous coat the tops the cake

Cut and serve
