Apple Quick Bread
"Came up with this variation of a recipe that my Girl Scout troop used to make extra money to go on a Wider Opportunity back in 1972. Original recipe was for cranberry and banana nut quick bread."

REALLY FAST AND EASY GOOD BREAKFAST BREAD SOMEONE HAS ALREADY LIKED IT ON MY FACE BOOK PAGE LOL MADE FOR BILLBOARD TAG.
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup brown sugar (packed)
- 1/2 cup milk
- 3 cups Bisquick Original Baking Mix baking
- 1 large egg
- 1 can (21 ounce) apple pie filling (canned)
- 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
What You Will Need
- 2 - 4"x8" loaf pans or 1 square oven baking pan or dish
Mix ingredients together.
Grease two 4 inch by 8 inch loaf pans.
(Some times I make one loaf in a square baking dish - optional which may take longer to cook).
Bake in 350° F oven for 45 minutes, or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
