Step by Step Method

Step 1

Steep the broken star anise in the vodka for 2 weeks.

Step 2

Filter and add the sugar syrup. Liqueur is ready to be consumed or bottled at this point. Place a whole anise star in a clear glass bottle before adding the liqueur.
