"A great way to serve up salmon any day of the week. Great with other fish too! I bet it would even be wonderful with scallops or shrimp on the grill, and also chicken, although you would probably have to make more sauce... YUM! Try doubling up on the sauce, and serving it over rice along with your meal."

Salmon is one of our favorites, and we have it often. I saw this and knew we would like it, and I was right. It was super delicious! I surely will have this again. On that you can bet!

This was really tasty, but I wax expecting something called "glaze" to reduce and thicken. Even after simmering for 5 minutes it was still runny, so I just poured it over the salmon and served it. Definitely good flavour, but a great deal of the sauce was wasted as it ran right off the fish. Next time I'll play with it a little to see what can be done to thicken it up without changing the flavour.

With our fetish for fish in this house, my wife picked out this to try with some fresh salmon she bought. It was so easy and quick too. We loved the flavor and will keep it in mind to have again!

This is one of the best salmon recipes I have had in a long time. My company loved it and demanded the recipe!

I could eat this salmon once a week all year long, yup, it's that yummy! Even my kids liked it and that's going some, because they are picky as can be. I did double the sauce as you suggested and served it over Jasmine rice and snap peas. Yummy!
